FAQ'S
Here are some commonly asked questions from our guests!

Where is the stables located?
906 Maple Drive in Webster, about half-way down Maple Drive, right next to the Route 104 bridge/overpass. Don't put us in your GPS! You'll get turned in circles. If coming from Route 104 in either direction, exit Bay Road, turn left onto Bay Road, left onto old Ridge Road (Mobil gas station on corner) and take first left on to Maple Drive (cemetery on corner). If you passed St. Rita school on left, you just missed your turn on to Maple Drive!

Where to park?
Pull in to the driveway at 906 Maple Drive, through the white split rail fences. Park to your left on the grassy area in front of the little red barn. If you have a bigger group, please  pull forward two spaces to leave room for someone to park behind you. Parking area is small...we highly recommend you carpool!

Is there a bathroom?
There is a port-a-potty on the premises. Hand sanitizer and paper towels are provided, but there is no running water/sink area available. You may want to bring moist towelettes or wipes. We do have a basic first aid kit.

Riding and Programs Q & A
Do you offer adult horseback riding or trail rides?
No. We offer non-riding, hands-on horse experience programs for adults.

Do you offer pony rides?
No. We offer 20 minute "Groom & Ride" lessons as well as private 30- or 45- minute riding lessons for children, as well as summer camp horsemanship. For an extra special lesson, you can upgrade your horse to a "unicorn" (see "Lessons & Rides")

Will you bring horses or ponies to our location?
No. We are not a pony ride service. We do not offer pony rides off-site or at our location.

Do you have a mobile petting zoo?
No. We do not bring our animals off site. We do offer Farm Visits open to the public by appointment.

Do you do birthday parties?
No. We offer Farm Visits for a unique, hands-on horse and farm animal experience with the option to reserve our Carriage House for private celebrations or get-togethers. Farm Visits do not include riding but offer grooming/petting/feeding for up close exploration of the horses and animals.

Can we come see the animals?
Farm Visits are private tours that you may book online to come visit, learn about and interact with our horses and small farm animals. Farm Visits are a fun, family oriented activity for all ages!
Private riding lessons for children also offer the opportunity to connect with and learn about horses.
Adult Experiences (non-riding) are offered monthly for grown-ups to enjoy the horses and animals in a social setting.
Barn Buddies (non-riding) is a life-enriching, equine and farm animal program for individuals of all abilities and ages. It is offered through our non-profit organization, Never Say Never Foundation
