All parties are fully staffed with a friendly and helpful Party Supervisor to facilitate your party and help things flow smoothly, ensuring everyone has a great time!

FAQ'S
Will you bring ponies to our location? No. Is this a heated indoor facility? No. We do not have an indoor riding arena, and although it's cozy, the party barn (the "Carriage House") is NOT heated! Before booking, please consider that all rides are outside and subject to "Rochester weather"! Dress appropriately. Are helmets and boots required? We provide NYS required ASTM safety certified helmets for all riders. Bike helmets are not allowed. Helmets must fit securely, so be advised that headbands, tiaras/crowns, pony tails, up-do's, hair buns etc. may be removed or adjusted to ensure a proper helmet fit. Boots are not necessary, but closed toe footwear is required. No flip flops or open sandals. Can we choose our pony or horse? We'll do our best to accommodate any specific requests! Ultimately, all animals will be assigned to events by our staff primarily based upon availability and other factors. We take in to consideration the age/weight/size of guests who will be riding. in order to accommodate every child. We do our best to serve your specific requests but we also need to consider the safety and comfort of the riders and our animals. What if it rains? In the event of inclement weather, you may choose to reschedule your party for a later date, or cancel within 24 hours of your party and your deposit will be refunded in full. We rarely cancel due to rain, as we are able to provide pony rides and interaction with the animals in light or intermittent rain, provided there are no high winds or thunder/lightening. What about insurance? No problem! Never Say Never Stables carries full commercial liability insurance for all riding and animal related services we provide. They are oh-so pretty and festive for parties, but we ask that your guests who are riding refrain from hair accessories or styling that obstructs the proper fit of our riding helmets. Safety first! PAYMENT
A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit is required when booking your party. You will be prompted to input a credit card when selecting your date. Your balance due is due is expected prior to the start of your party. upon arrival. Your balance due may be paid by CASH only in the exact amount. We do not carry change. Credit cards are not accepted at the farm. however, you may choose to pay in full by credit card when you book your party online. Weather We certainly hope the sun shines on your special day! ....BUT, in the event of severe inclement weather, the riding portion of your party may be delayed and/or cancelled for safety reasons. The party barn is still reserved for your use for the 2 hour time frame of your party. Although there is no refund in this event, we will offer a "special pony ride and barn visit" for the birthday child at another time. or if you prefer, a gift certificate of equal value.
