22 x 24 rustic carriage house is decorated in a Western barn theme with hay bales, saddles, rope, burlap, grain sacks, string lighting and a photo backdrop wall (saloon, plain black, glitter/glam, or BYO to hang)
Wander the property and visit the horses, goats, ducks, and chickens!

  • ​Carriage house is equipped with electric outlets, full size fridge/freezer, trash and recycle, and clean, serviced porta potty on site. NO running water. A large 10 gallon water jug filled with potable water available upon request. Hose/spigot available for clean up of art supplies, dishes, washing hands, etc.
  • Indoor seating for 16-18 with two large banquet tables.
  • Large banquet table and two card tables for food service, craft supplies, gift bags, dessert/wine display
  • Outdoor seating with a view of the goats, ducks and chickens
  • Picnic area with a view of the horses in pasture.
  • Rustic horse trailer for photo ops
 $225 for the first 2 hours. $75 each additional hour.
Include a personal tour of the main horse barn with hands-on horse time, 1 hour additional $100
