After recovering from a life-threatening illness, founder Janice Camilleri rediscovered the powerful healing and connection that comes from spending time with horses. As a former primary school teacher, she wanted to share that experience with others- especially children and individuals who could benefit from environments that encourages confidence, compassion and connection.
That vision became Never Say Never Stables in 2008- a small farm where people and animals come together to learn, grow, and belong.
Over the years, Never Say Never has continued to evolve. While horses will always be at the heart of the farm, today our programs celebrate the whole barn- horses and small animals, animal care, learning, responsibility and meaningful time spent together.
We believe some of the most memorable experiences at a barn don't happen in the saddle. They happen while brushing a horse, carrying a bucket, feeding an animal, learning a new skill, or simply standing quietly beside a trusted four-legged friend.
