Barn Club

Horses. Friends. Every Season.

Barn Club at NSN- Horses, Friends & Barn Fun!
A place for barn kids to belong — every season.

Barn Club at Never Say Never Stables is where kids can hang out at the barn with horses, animals and friends!

Kids stay active and involved with lots of hands-on animal time — grooming, leading and working with the horses, caring for and cuddling the little critters, and helping with everyday barn activities. Trail walks, unmounted arena games, seasonal crafts, hot cocoa, barn chores and plenty of time just enjoying the animals are all part of the fun.

Activities change with the seasons, so there’s always something different happening around the barn. There’s no riding and no pressure to accomplish a set list of activities.

Barn Club is about staying connected to the horses, making barn friends and having a place to belong all year round.

Why Time With Horses Matter

Sometimes the best part of being at the barn is simply spending time with a horse. Research suggests that hands-on interaction with horses — including grooming and spending quiet time together — may have positive effects on mood and well-being.
In one Washington State University study, children who spent time learning about, grooming and interacting with horses showed significantly lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol than children who did not participate in the horse program.
